What data we receive

The site does not ask you to create an account and does not take online payments. We may receive:

• the details you send us on WhatsApp (name, dates, number of guests, message);
• usual server logs (IP address, page, time), kept temporarily;
• your cookie choice, stored in the browser;
• if you are an administrator, a session cookie needed to sign in.

Why we use it

Message data is used only to reply, confirm a stay and share practical details. Technical logs keep the site safe. We do not sell data or build advertising profiles.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest in site security and legal duties where they apply. Booking messages are kept as long as needed for the stay and ordinary records, then deleted or anonymised.

Recipients

WhatsApp is provided by Meta. If you accept functional cookies, the map may load Google services. Hosting may involve an EU provider. We do not pass data on for other purposes.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may complain to the Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP). Write to us on WhatsApp for any request.
